School Groups

The Breckenridge Heritage Alliance strives to increase awareness of Colorado’s rich heritage and culture by providing fun, educational tours and hands-on activities for student groups. Opportunities include taking a historic walking tour of downtown Breckenridge, learning about the Ute Indians, trappers and miners at the Lomax Placer Mine, searching for Breckenridge’s past on a historic scavenger hunt, learning what it means to “take a stand” at the Barney Ford House Museum, and much more. Programs and tours can be tailored to school groups grades K-12. Call 970-453-9767, x2 or email for more details!
